Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

• Hungary: 2–3 business days
• Germany, Austria: 4–6 business days
• Other EU countries: 5–8 business days

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at duhpuskasadam@icloud.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
