Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across the EU?

Yes, we ship to destinations across the EU. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay — there are no surprise fees added later. If you're shipping within Hungary, orders of 23,100 HUF or more ship free automatically; smaller domestic orders and all other EU destinations use a flat rate for that zone.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it the rest of the way. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to confirm timing.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view your order status anytime by signing into your account or using the order lookup link in your confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. See our full Refund Policy for the complete details.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout, which supports major credit and debit cards along with the other payment options shown at checkout. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs entirely on Shopify's encrypted, secure checkout system — the same infrastructure used by hundreds of thousands of online stores.
